Flan-chan is a machine in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

4.95% chance to replace the spawn of Devil Beggar.

Also appears in Curse Rooms, Devil Rooms, Libraries, Vaults, Bedrooms, and Crawl Spaces normally.

Costs a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Cannot be destroyed.

Possible payouts
• 50% → Spawns 2 random trinkets.
• 25% → Spawns 1 random rune.
• 20% → Spawns 1 random reversed tarot card.
• 5% → Spawns an item from the Flan item pool as the final payout and leave.

When bombed
• 90% → Shouts, akin to Larynx, and randomly selects 6 items with the lowest quality, removes them from all item pools.
• 10% → Spawns an item from the Flan item pool and leave.

Destructions from other sources such as Mama Mega!, Mega Mush and Larynx that are not caused by bombs are also counted as bombs.
