Nazrin is a machine in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only appears in Secret Rooms and Super Secret Rooms normally.

Costs 1¢ to play.

If Isaac holds Bishamonten's Pagota, it will instead cost Bishamonten's Pagota to play, and spawn an item with quality 4 from the Secret Room item pool as the payout.

Cannot be destroyed.

Possible payouts
• 55% → Nothing.
• 4% → Spawns 1 Lucky Penny.
• 4% → Spawns 1 Bone Heart.
• 4% → Spawns 1 Eternal Chest.
• 8% → Spawns 1 Dice Shard or Cracked Key.
• 10% → Consumes Isaac's oldest held Ability Card and spawns the corresponding item (Ineffective against Dowsing Rods ability card, or Treasure Scout Mouse ability card).
• 5% → Spawns an item with highest-quality that has been removed from all item pools but not yet holds by Isaac ( Dowsing Rods, Bishamonten's Pagota and Treasure Scout Mouse will not spawn).
• 10% → If played at least 10 times, spawns 1 item from the Secret Room item pool and a Crawl Space trapdoor as the final payout and leave.

When bombed
• 90% → Leaves and spawns a trapdoor that leads to the next floor.
• 10% → Leaves and spawns Dowsing Rods or Treasure Scout Mouse.

Destructions from other sources such as Mama Mega!, Mega Mush and Larynx that are not caused by bombs are also counted as bombs.

The design of this beggar is derived from Nazrin's ability to find sought-for items, and partly inspired by fan-created settings that emerged from the storyline of Undefined Fantastic Object: Shou Toramaru often loses her pagoda and asks Nazrin to look for it:
• "Spawning rare drops" is equivalent to Isaac commissioning Nazrin to search for treasure.
• "Consuming Ability Card to spawn corresponding items" is equivalent to Isaac commissioning Nazrin to find specified items.
• "Spawning items that have been removed from all item pools but are not yet holds by Isaac" is equivalent to Isaac asking Nazrin to look for lost belongings.
• Interacting while holding Bishamonten's Pagota is equivalent to helping Nazrin find the pagoda.

Nazrin is timid, and would run away as soon as she became frightened. Therefore, if Isaac attempts to destroy Nazrin or she suffers explosion damage, Nazrin will promptly leave:
• Spawning a trapdoor is equivalent to digging a hole to escape.
• Occasionally spawning items is equivalent to accidentally dropping her own items while fleeing in a panic.
