Replaces Isaac's tears with Yin-Yang orbs.

The Yin-Yang orb bounces off the floor multiple times and also bounces off of walls, enemies, bombs, and environmental objects.

The Yin-Yang orb deals 6 + DamageStat damage.

If Yin-Yang Kishin Orb is hit by a bomb explosion, it creates a Mama Mega! explosion in the current room and spawns both The Negative SinGyoku and The Positive SinGyoku.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.

This item pays tribute to Reimu Hakurei's spell card: Holy Relic "Yin-Yang Kishin Orb".
Misumaru Tamatsukuri also possesses a similar spell card: Orb Sign "Yin-Yang Divine Orbs". Due to this spell card, SinGyoku is often associated with Misumaru Tamatsukuri in doujin works.

The blue and red halves of the Yin-Yang Orb correspond to the female priestess form (second form) and the male priest form (third form) of SinGyoku in Highly Responsive to Prayers.

Furthermore, Reimu Hakurei's Yin-Yang Orbs were crafted by Misumaru Tamatsukuri.
