Ceiling with the Stars item
Ceiling with the Stars is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns two random Lemegeton wisps at the beginning of each floor or when Isaac sleeps in a bed.
During the Ascent sequence, only one wisp will be spawned upon entering a new floor.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as 
Tainted Bethany.
