Quasar is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Consumes all item pedestals in the room and spawns 3 random Lemegeton wisps for each item consumed.

Items can be consumed while the pick-up animation is playing, i.e. Isaac is holding the item above his head.

Defeat Isaac as Tainted Bethany.
