Pure Soul is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

All sin mini-bosses always drop their respective Sin's Jewel.

Secret Rooms contain a familiar that will disappear and spawn a random sin mini-boss when approached.

This familiar will also spawn in the doorway leading to a mini-boss room, alerting Isaac of what mini-boss is inside.

Defeat Isaac as Tainted Forgotten.
