Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and shoots Godhead tears that deal 5 damage each.

The familiar shoots 1.36 times per second.

Defeat Satan as Tainted Lost.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
