The Book of Genesis item
The Book of Genesis is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Removes a random passive item from Isaac's inventory and spawns 3 items of the same quality. Picking up one will remove the others.
Cannot remove quest items.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as Tainted Eden.
