Magic Pen item
Magic Pen is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Double-tapping a fire button will spew a line of rainbow creep in that direction. This creep inflicts random status effects on enemies walking over it.
Has a 4-second cooldown.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Tainted Eden.
