The Cross of Chaos is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Enemies that come close to Isaac become crippled.

Isaac's tears have a 2% chance to cripple enemies. This chance increased by +0.5 per point of luck, up to a maximum of 7%.

Crippled enemies lose their speed over time and die after 12 seconds of having this effect. When crippled enemies die, they release a fountain of slowing black tears.

Defeat Satan as Tainted Azazel.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
