Holy Thunder is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a chance to shoot Thunder Tears. Thunder Tears cast down lightning upon landing, dealing 2x Isaac's damage. The lightning deals damage to enemies and attempts to connect to them, potentially creating a chain reaction.

If a room is flooded, the effects of the Thunder Tears are tripled.

Chance to shoot a Thunder Tear is 1 / (17 - LuckStat). Caps at 50% with 15 Luck.
