Mountain Ear is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a chance to fire an echo tear. Echo tears bounce around enemies and obstacles. If Isaac collides with his own echo tear, he will gain a +1 damage boost with a 0.1 damage decay per second.

The chance scales with luck, using the formula: 1 / (9 - LuckStat), starting at 11.11% with 0 luck, going up to 100% at 8 luck.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 flat fire rate, make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
