Zombie Infestation is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
Replaces all of Isaac's Red Hearts with Rotten Hearts.
While held
Killing enemies spawns a friendly version of them for the rest of the room, up to 5 at the same time.
