Punishment of the Grave item
Punishment of the Grave is an unlockable passive item in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Revives Isaac in the same room where he died.
Upon revival, if Isaac did not obtain any Devil Deals, he will be rewarded with 1 random Angel Room item and two friendly Angelic Babies.
If Isaac did obtain a Devil Deal, the Uriel boss and an Angelic Baby will spawn instead in the same room upon Isaac's revival. Upon defeating Uriel, Isaac will be rewarded with 2 random Devil Room items.
How to unlock?
Complete Boss Rush as Samael.
