Reaper Bum item
Reaper Bum is an unlockable familiar in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and gives rewards by collecting souls from killed enemies.
For every 5 souls collected it will reward with one of the following:
• Bone orbital (40% chance).
• Book of Virtues wisp (40% chance).
• A random tarot card or rune (14% chance).
• 
Bone Heart (6% chance).
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as Samael.
