Thanatophobia - The Binding of Isaac

Thanatophobia is an unlockable passive item in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When on or under 6 hearts:

Upon taking damage Isaac will shout, pushing every enemy and projectile in the opposite direction, as well as receive around +0.18 flat damage for every missing half a heart of first 6 heart containers, up to +2 flat damage at a single half heart.

If Isaac has less than 6 heart containers, he will immediately gain a damage bonus for every missing heart.

Defeat Mother as Samael.

---	The Lost	Always works when The Lost loses a Holy Mantle, giving The Lost full damage bonus. Same with Tainted Lost, giving him full damage bonus immediately if he doesn't have a Holy Mantle.
---	The Forgotten	Since Forgotten and The Soul cannot have more than 6 hearts, it activates every time.
