Electra's Determination item
Electra's Determination is an unlockable passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+5 temporary fire rate upon defeating a boss (once per room).
-0.0025 fire rate bonus per 0.03 seconds.
Upon picking up a mom item, turn the temporary fire rate bonus into permanent, and grants +1 flat damage.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard Mode as 
Oucal Garlin.
