Patch? is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Cannot appear naturally. Only acquirable when playing as 
Oucal Garlin by automatically rerolls TMTRAINER, Missing No. and Glitched items. It can also be rerolled from poop or nochallenge items in a very low chance.
On pickup, grants Tractor Beam, and choose one of the following items as it's on-use effect.
• The Necronomicon
• Satanic Bible
• Genesis
• D8
• Magic Skin
• The Bean
• Razor Blade
• Plan C
