Crack the code is a challenge in Beyond, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac is stuck in a loop on Basement 1.

Entering the 2 Secret Rooms each floor allows the player to decipher a secret sequence of inputs to transform into The Researcher, spawning the trophy to complete the challenge.

In the first room of the first floor, while holding both 'use active item' and 'move left', press, in order, 'use consumable' > 'drop items' > 'shoot down' > 'drop items' > 'shoot up'
